Refund Policy

Digital Products

Once a digital product has been delivered (for example, via download email or access on your account), refunds are generally not available, since the content cannot be "returned." Free products are provided as-is and are not eligible for refund.

When We May Offer a Refund

We may consider a refund or replacement download if:

• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase
• Technical issues prevented delivery and we cannot resolve them promptly
• The product file is defective or inaccessible through no fault of your own

How to Request Help

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at joatta@compassionforchaos.com with your order email, product name, and a short description of the issue. We will do our best to help—often by resenting your download link.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly whenever possible.
